About the Position:

Dolce & Gourmando is seeking a seasonal warehouse associate to join the team during the busy holiday season, assisting with e-commerce shipping, receiving, and gift basket preparation. You will handle various tasks throughout the day and take on recent challenges. Every day is something new and exciting!

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

- Pick items based on packing list(s) and process shipments according to established procedures.
- Ability to prepare gift baskets for all occasions and ensure that they are delivered and shipped promptly. Attention to detail and accuracy is key
- Check items to ensure that they are in good condition, conform to quality specifications, and perform packing duties.
- Receive and arrange all incoming shipments in designated areas according to the inventory system.
- Manage cycle counts of product inventories regularly (daily and weekly) and review daily cycle count variance reports.




- Proper utilization and respect for company-issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of the work environment.
- General warehouse upkeep, including: maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with Health & Safety and housekeeping practices.
- Perform other various tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- High School or equivalent
- Previous work experience in a warehouse is an asset
- Attendance and punctuality record in good standing
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment with the ability to multitask
- Must have open availability -Flexible to work different shifts is an asset, including weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding work; lifting up to 20 kg
- Team player, but can also work independently
