Job Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Driver / Order Picker Operator supports daily warehouse operations through fast, accurate order picking, inventory movement, stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse support.

This role requires previous experience operating a narrow aisle, wire-guided Raymond Order Picker at heights of up to 40 feet and working with RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23.75

Afternoon and weekend shifts are eligible for an additional shift premium.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a narrow aisle, wire-guided Raymond Order Picker at heights of up to 40 feet




- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanning technology
- Move, stock, replenish, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse
- Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced picking environment
- Complete required equipment inspections and report any safety or equipment concerns
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating standards
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and other warehouse activities as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace
- Work collaboratively with the broader warehouse team and assist in other areas as priorities change

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating a narrow aisle, wire-guided Raymond Order Picker is required
- Comfortable operating equipment at heights of up to 40 feet
- Previous RF scanner and fast-paced order-picking experience
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to support different warehouse responsibilities as needed
- Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment.

Please note: Candidates must have previous experience operating a narrow aisle, wire-guided Raymond Order Picker at height to be considered for this position. Pay: $23.75 per hour
