We are seeking a reliable Arc Welder with previous welding experience or formal training. The successful candidate will perform welding and general hands-on duties in a physically demanding work workplace while following all safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Arc Welding according to job requirements and instructions.

- Prepare, position, and handle materials before welding.

- Inspect completed welds and identify basic defects.

- Use welding equipment, hand tools, and other required tools safely.

- Perform repetitive production and general labour duties.

- Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

- Assist with other shop or construction-related duties as required.

Requirements:

- Previous Arc Welding experience or welding training is required.

- Construction experience is an asset but not mandatory.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding work.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

- Must provide CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.

- Must wear appropriate clothing suitable for the work environment.
