At Miller Maintenance, a key player in the construction and maintenance sector, you will ensure productive winter operations. This role involves safely operating snow removal equipment, maintaining equipment, and documenting all activities during shifts. Commitment to extended hours and reporting for call-ins quickly is necessary to meet the demands of winter weather.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow removal equipment on local highways
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery
• Keep accurate documentation including safety and fuel records




• Understand and apply sand/salt rates on assigned routes
• Assist in traffic control and ensure safety at work zones
Requirements:
• DZ, AZ, or BZ license with clean abstract & CVOR
• Ready to respond within thirty minutes on call
• Ability to work in extreme winter weather conditions
• Experience with manual transmission preferred
• Capable of lifting and standing for long periods
