As a Therapy Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering functional, goal-oriented services tailored to individual needs. You will work collaboratively within the Calgary Zone Integrated Home Care program, ensuring effective communication and professionalism in all interactions. This role emphasizes continuous learning and contributes to quality improvement in rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect care to clients
• Collaborate with interprofessional healthcare teams
• Participate in program planning and competency enhancement
• Contribute to reflective practice and skill development
• Maintain professionalism and ethics in all activities
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant diploma or training
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Valid First Aid certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Driver's license and vehicle required
