Role Description The Vancouver Liquor Delivery Fleet Manager — Existing Driver Network Required is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This role oversees day-to-day fleet operations, including dispatching drivers, managing routes, monitoring delivery performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable transportation and liquor regulations. The Fleet Manager maintains and expands an existing network of delivery drivers, conducts performance reviews, provides guidance on best practices, and resolves operational issues in real time. Responsibilities include tracking key metrics, optimizing resource allocation, coordinating vehicle availability and maintenance schedules,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing and refining operational processes to support growth, manage peak demand periods, and maintain high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and applicable transportation and liquor compliance requirements.
- Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring performance metrics, route efficiency, and operational trends.
- Hands-on experience with Fleet Operations, including dispatch, routing, and driver coordination.
- Background in Operations Management to design workflows, manage resources, and improve processes.
- Demonstrated Fleet Management abilities, such as overseeing multiple vehicles and driver networks.
- Existing and active network of delivery drivers in the Greater Vancouver area strongly preferred.
- Effective communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills for working with diverse driver teams.
- Proficiency with scheduling, routing, and fleet management software or related systems.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to changing priorities, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or transportation management is an asset.
