At Sage, we're building the next generation of Revenue Operations excellence- and we're looking for a Program Delivery Manager to make it happen! This role will drive the deployment and ongoing success of our North America revenue operations methodology, by bringing governance, structure, and momentum to critical initiatives across our Rev

Ops organization.

Working closely with the Director, Revenue Operations Program Delivery, you'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple geographies and business units.

You'll be the connective force ensuring that every milestone is met, every dependency is managed, and every stakeholder stays aligned.

What You'll Do:
• Lead day-to-day execution of North America program workstreams — ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Support roll-out of Rev

Ops programs across regions, managing release planning, readiness, and adoption.
• Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and governance artifacts to provide real-time visibility of progress and outcomes.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure delivery continuity.
• Facilitate program meetings and decision forums — turning actions into tangible outcomes.
• Champion consistency in delivery practices, templates, and communications across teams and regions.
• Partner with Rev

Ops teams and key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to drive alignment and operational discipline.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Rev

Ops program delivery frameworks and best practices.

What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of proven success managing complex programs or large-scale transformations in a global enterprise workplace.
• A track record of driving structured execution across multiple workstreams and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence across all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional organizational discipline with a focus on delivery quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed, and ambiguous environments, where priorities shift and outcomes matter.
• Proficiency with modern program management tools and methodologies.

Plenty of perks:
• 100% paid premiums for health, dental, and vision coverage.
• RRSP contribution match (100% up to 4%).
• 35 days paid time off (11 paid holidays, 16 vacation days, 3 personal days, 5 sick days).
• 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or surrogacy offered 1 year after the start date.
• 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation).
• $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year, starting 6 months after the hire date.
• Sage Wellness Rewards Program (annual fitness reimbursement).
• Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings.
