Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to support strategic initiatives within the Personal and Business Banking group, with a primary focus on Business Banking.

This individual will lead complex business and technology projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, modernizing processes, and enhancing delivery across banking channels.

The role requires strong project management fundamentals, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones while providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Current initiatives include process simplification, fraud modernization, and lending process automation programs.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Business Banking experience (products, operations, clients, lending, or distribution)
Robust stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Executive presence with the ability to present to senior leaders and executives
Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and execution
Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Experience with branch transformation or channel optimization initiatives
Digital distribution or customer channel modernization experience
Knowledge of Commercial Lending products
Knowledge of Treasury Services
