Join Exco Extrusion Dies as a Project Engineer focused on manufacturing improvements, located in Markham, Ontario. Utilize your engineering skills to enhance processes and support automation initiatives.

This permanent, full-time position requires a Project Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the metal machining industry. You will lead manufacturing improvement projects, develop entire machine shop documentation, and implement continuous improvement opportunities to bolster productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and manage manufacturing improvement projects effectively • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions • Prepare and support CAM documentation alongside the team • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the shop • Work collaboratively to enhance shop processes and operations

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in a relevant machining setting • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalently related field • Strong maths, physics, and mechanical engineering fundamentals • Detail-oriented and decisive with a collaborative mindset • Enjoy mentoring and supporting peers in their roles
