Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders effectively • Communicate work schedules to Community Managers • Track status and update work order documentation • Organize and audit warehouse inventory on a regular basis • Maintain safety compliance and a clean environment
Requirements: • High school diploma required; related post-secondary education preferred • Minimum 2 years in a multi-residential maintenance role • Forklift operator certification is necessary • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lift items up to 70 lbs regularly
