You will monitor events closely, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards for customer service, resulting in successful event outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate setup of AV equipment for events
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support during events
• Handle troubleshooting and equipment changes professionally
• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors for seamless operations
• Document equipment usage and submit paperwork accurately
Requirements:
• 1 year in customer service or hospitality preferred
• High School Diploma is required
• Experience handling AV equipment is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
