Key Responsibilities:
• Foster warm relationships with residents and families
• Develop and maintain a homely welcome hub
• Organize social events in collaboration with team members




• Document and share resident stories appropriately
• Facilitate smooth resident move-ins and support services
Requirements:
• Diploma in Gerontology, Social Services, or similar
• Background in long-term care or community services
• Solid interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with digital media tools
• Vulnerable Sector Check must be current
