Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Your opportunity
Are you curious about how a large retail business makes decisions? Do you enjoy finding the story behind the numbers and turning it into practical recommendations? As a Financial Analyst at The Home Depot Canada, you will combine finance, analytics and collaboration to help business leaders solve problems, improve performance and plan for what comes next.
What you will do
- Partner with leaders and internal teams to understand business questions and provide transparent, data-informed recommendations.
- Support monthly budgeting and forecasting, analyze results and explain what is driving performance.
- Build financial models, dashboards and reports that make complex information easy to understand and act on.
- Present concise insights and recommendations to management and senior leaders.
- Use creative problem-solving to improve reporting, simplify processes and identify new ways to add value.
- Collaborate across Finance on special studies, projects and ad hoc business priorities.
- Share best practices and contribute to a connected, high-performing Finance community.
What you will build

What you bring
- A learning mindset, curiosity and a proactive approach
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt, manage priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment
- Relationship-building skills and a flexible approach to solving business problems
- Typically 1 to 3 years of Financial Analyst or financial business-partnering experience
