Senior Systems Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Location: Downtown Toronto (4 days/week in office)

Salary: $120K+ depending on experience

We're currently working with a leading Canadian professional services organization that is looking to add a Senior Systems Analyst, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to its internal technology team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced D365 F&O; professional who enjoys a combination of ERP administration, business analysis, system optimization, stakeholder engagement, and technical problem-solving within a large enterprise environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated finance applications. You will partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions, while configuring, customizing, and optimizing the D365 F&O; setting to support evolving business needs. You will also support integrations with other enterprise applications, troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, developers, and IT teams to deliver effective solutions while managing change requests,



supporting reporting and data management initiatives, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining technical documentation and procedures.

To be considered, you should have at least five years of ERP administration experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. A strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business processes is essential, along with hands-on experience supporting D365 F&O;, data management, and system configuration. Strong Microsoft SQL experience, including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, stored procedures, and reporting solutions, is highly desirable. Experience with D365 integrations, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines will be considered a strong asset.
