We are a reputable, long standing residential drywall contractor celebrating 35+ years of service to Edmonton & area home builders. We are looking to hire a fulltime Painting Manager to efficiently manage our painting division.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Painting Manager will work out of our Southside office & spend most of the day at job sites in the greater Edmonton area. The successful candidate will be provided a company vehicle, phone & office space to use & will be eligible for health perks after three months. Salary commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide estimates from drawings and site visits
- Hire, manage and negotiate with sub-contract painters
- Schedule work and complete quality control checks
- Monitor and approve billings

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience and industry background essential
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract with at least three years driving experience
- Comfortable with moderate use of computers, cell phones and email
- Must be self-managed/directed
- Must be comfortable with constant, ongoing communication with private customers,



builders and sub-contractors
- Must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills
