This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with students, assessing their knowledge and development, and providing practical guidance that helps them prepare for the Canadian job market.
Position Overview
The instructor will support students throughout multiple stages of the program. The role will involve reviewing students' initial knowledge and skills, conducting individual meetings, assessing their progress, providing written feedback, and guiding them.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet individually with students to discuss their answers, experience, skills, and areas for development.
- Evaluate students' responses and overall readiness.
- Prepare a clear, professional student assessment/report based on the quiz results and instructor meeting.
- Conduct an individual meeting with each student after completion of each module
- Discuss the student's understanding of the material and answer questions.
- Provide feedback on the student's progress and preparation to the job market.
- Help students apply interview techniques to realistic employment situations.
- Encourage students and provide practical guidance throughout the program.
- Maintain appropriate records of student progress and instructor meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in Human Resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, career development, or a closely related field.
- Experience interviewing candidates or evaluating candidates' professional skills.
- Solid understanding of job interview techniques and recruitment practices.

- Ability to provide constructive, professional, and individualized feedback.
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one meetings with students online.
- Strong written English and the ability to prepare clear and professional student assessments/reports.
- Ability to explain professional concepts clearly to students from different backgrounds.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple students and scheduled meetings.
- Familiarity with the Canadian employment and recruitment environment is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification or an equivalent qualification is an asset.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring, coaching, or student support is an advantage.
- Experience working with international students or individuals preparing for employment in Canada is an advantage.
What You Will Do in Practice
The instructor will have an active role throughout the student's journey rather than simply delivering course content.
You will work closely with students through scheduled individual meetings and help them translate course knowledge into practical job-interview skills.

Please submit your CV/resume along with a brief description of your relevant Human Resources, recruitment, interviewing, teaching, training, or career-development experience.
