Facility Cleaner – Monday to Friday | Windsor, ON

ACCU-STAFF is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Facility Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing facility in Windsor. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace and is looking for a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The facility is accessible by Windsor bus routes, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who rely on public transportation.

Wage & Schedule

- $17.60 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Consistent weekday schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Facility Cleaner, you will play an important role in keeping the facility clean, sanitary, and prepared for daily production. Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning and sanitizing production areas between product changeovers
- Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, walls, equipment areas, and other facility surfaces
- Maintaining the cleanliness of washrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and common areas
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Washing and maintaining company lab coats and other reusable work garments
- Responding to spills and ensuring work areas remain clean and organized
- Restocking cleaning products and notifying supervisors when supplies are running low
- Following established cleaning schedules and completing assigned duties within required timeframes




- Working alongside production staff to ensure areas are properly cleaned and ready for the next production run
- Completing additional general cleaning and facility duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous industrial, commercial, warehouse, or facility cleaning experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable with bending, lifting, reaching, and completing routine cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working around food-grade and protein powder production areas
