Technicien en après sinistre *Debuter Demain/Start Tomorrow

- Effectuer les travaux d'urgence chez l’assuré à la suite d’un sinistre de dégât d’eau/incendie/vandalisme;
- Livraison d’équipements pour intervention urgence tel que déshumificateurs, ventilateurs, Hepa, Injecty-dry etc…
- Extraire l’eau et enlever les matériaux endommagés par le sinistre (démolition);
- Installer l'équipement d'assèchement et effectuer le contrôle de ceux-ci;
- Superviser le nettoyage de structure de bâtiment
- Superviser le nettoyage de grandes surfaces
- Appliquer produit microbien
- Démolition

· Déplacer le contenu, le mettre sur des blocs afin de le sécuriser et identifier le contenu affecté par le sinistre.

· Effectuer le contrôle des équipements d’assèchement, faire suivi d’assèchement

· Garder les lieux propres et effectuer le tout de façon professionnel.

· Être disponible pour les appels d’urgence après les heures d’affaires.

· Responsable de la sécurité des lieux

· Tenir à jour le chargé de projets et lui transmettre tout changement en rapport aux détails du projet.

· Entretien et nettoyage du véhicule.

· Déterminer ce qui devrait être fait pour les travaux de contenu (pack-out, déplacement de contenu interne, nettoyage de contenu, tous sous-traitants de contenu requis) afin de transmettre les informations au chargé de projet qui prendra la suite du dossier.

· Se rapporter au chargé de projet avant de quitter les lieux du sinistre.

· Être en mesure de faire signer cession de créances dans Encircle

· Rapports psychométriques préliminaire et final

· Rapport R24/Rapport d’Intervention a remplir dans Encircle

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Document progress and report any issues or additional damage found during the restoration process.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality in all work performed.
