We’re searching for a capable, experienced Installation Manager who thrives in a leadership role. While you might not be on the tools often, we want someone who has worked on jobsites, installed complicated millwork, and wants to manage the site side of things.

What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience and a “yes we can” mindset
- Next level client care
- Ability to schedule, delegate, and manage workflow effectively
- Solid attendance, reliability, and focus on quality & timelines
- Experience in custom commercial millwork
- A proactive problem-solver who removes roadblocks for their team
- Familiarity and competence using a networked Windows PC to populate spreadsheets, save drawings and photos into appropriate folders, and markup PDFs to convey intent.
- A set of skilled eyes on site that can help guide and make course corrections
- Experience and a feel for jobsite progress to help scheduling
We’re located on Norland Ave in Burnaby. Most travel is in the Lower Mainland.
