Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements




- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions and record-keeping

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and healthcare settings
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments, address concerns, and collaborate with team members
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining career development through ongoing education and certification updates

Pay: $75.00-$85.00 per hour
