- Following up with labs/specialists
- Triage patients and take basic vitals
- Assist with implementing new services, processes, and initiatives
- Improve clinical efficiencies
- Main phone switchboard
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Purchase management - office/medical/cleaning supplies
- Greet and register patients at the Belleville Clinic
- Clinical reporting
- Participate in staff meetings
- Other activities as required

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or similar MOA education program
- Excellent written and verbal skills are a must
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records,
mainly Avaros is considered an asset
- Innovative with the ability to problem solve quickly, strategically, and creatively
- Must be able to work both independently and in a group environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to respond to a fluctuating workload and the ability to work under pressure
- High proficiency in the use of computers and new technologies
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
