Job Title: Janitorial Lead Hand

Job Description:
Canada Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and work along side our janitorial team.
- Ensure work orders are completed to highest standards.
- Train and lead janitorial staff members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage, order and deliver cleaning supplies.
- Address customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Daytime fulltime shifts, plus a flexibility for evenings and weekends.
