Primary Duties

- Carry out Model and assess complex IT solutions
- Design and conduct hardware and software tests
- Work closely with network engineers and other IT professionals to choose compatible design solutions
- Provide advice to clients on project design, project costs, and expected benefit
- Find out clients’ software and hardware needs by interviewing them
- Analyze the scope and expected organizational impact of information systems
- Develop distributed system architecture and system integration
- Prepare the budget for the design and execution of IT solutions
- Prepare client technology annual budgets
- Evaluate vendor partnerships
- Evaluate existing systems and provide advice on how to meet organizational requirements
- Ensure that the technical components of the project are in sync with the business needs of the organization
- Organize for the transfer of IT solutions to clients and non-technical staff

Primary Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in industry working at a core architecture level
- Vast experience in designing,



deploying and supporting Microsoft technology such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, Intune and OneDrive
- Advanced knowledge of complex VMWare and Hyper-V clustered environments
- Advanced knowledge of Citrix XA/XD/Netscaler, VDA/VDI infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge on storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, DAS, NAS): NetApp, Nimble, EMC, DataDomain, Compellent, EqualLogic, etc
- Security experience across various vendors and products like: Cisco ASA/FirePower/AMP/Umbrella/FMC, Fortinet, PaloAlto, Juniper, ProofPoint and McAfee
- Experience with VoIP protocols / PBXs / UC (SfB/Teams)
- Know how of switching/routing/Wireless (Cisco Nexus, Juniper EX/MX, Dell/Force10, Brocade, HPE Aruba, etc)
- Advanced experience with backup applications like Veeam, Acronis, Commvault, etc
- Experience with App Firewall/LB like Zscaler, KEMP, etc
- Advanced experience with with Azure, AWS or GCP and DR solutions respectively
- Experience with identity providers like Okta, Auth0, ADFS, etc. SAML/SSO experience
- Experience with SIEM / Cloud SIEM / Splunk would be nice to have
