LOCATION: Esterhazy, SK

GMS is seeking experienced Contract Shift Coordinators / Parts Persons to support maintenance crews in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. These positions will work directly with assigned shift crews, providing parts coordination, SAP support, documentation, inventory control, and administrative assistance to ensure maintenance activities run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate parts and materials for assigned maintenance crews
- Process transactions and maintain accurate information within SAP
- Provide work order and maintenance documentation support
- Track, reconcile, and manage inventory
- Support purchasing and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate records and document control
- Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and operations personnel
- Complete general clerical and administrative duties
- Assist with maintaining operational continuity and ensuring materials are available when required
- Follow all applicable health, safety, environmental, and site requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience working with SAP, including material transactions and maintenance-related documentation
- Previous experience in a parts, materials, warehouse, administrative, or clerical role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams




- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory control, warehousing, parts management, or materials coordination
- Mining or industrial maintenance experience is considered a significant asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with maintenance, warehouse, and operations teams

Compensation: $40 – 45 per hour.

Schedule: 5/5/4 with rotating day and night shifts
