As we scale up our market presence, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand growth, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to leadership, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will own the voice of our brand and drive customer acquisition strategies that resonate within specialized B2B markets.

This is a hands-on role perfect for an agile marketer who excels at translating complex software and operational features into compelling stories, clear value propositions, and high-converting campaigns. Additionally, you will have the autonomy to build and scale your marketing resources by identifying needs, hiring, and managing remote overseas temporary contractors as projects require.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Identify specialized skill gaps and possess the ability to source, hire, onboard, and manage remote overseas temporary contractors and agencies (e.g., for design, writing, or specialized technical tasks) as and when required.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce and oversee engaging content for multiple channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, case studies, social media, and sales collateral.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing:



Manage digital ad campaigns (PPC/paid social), SEO optimization, and social media platforms to capture high-quality leads.
- Lead Generation & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to successfully launch new features, updates, and service modules.
- Collateral & Events: Coordinate promotional materials, industry newsletters, and virtual/in-person event strategies where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or tech-focused environment.
- Resource Management: Demonstrated experience working with, directing, and managing remote, international, or contract team members/freelancers.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Literacy: Strong proficiency with modern marketing tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing software, social media management tools, and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills with a proven knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
