Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and Delivery Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is well-organized in the store and providing excellent delivery service to our customers . Duties
- Safely move and organize stock within the warehouse using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when certified.
- Load, unload, and transport products accurately for delivery, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs to stock and/or move products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
- Operate commercial vehicles responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws during deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store front environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Verify delivery orders, check inventory accuracy, and document all movements for record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in the pharmacy as needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in stock handling is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Valid Driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
