Below is the detailed description of the duties required with this data processing position.

A few other things to keep in mind.

We are looking for someone who will work with other team members to process mutual fund trades (approx. 50 KYC's weekly). It would be a full time position(40 hours a week)and the pay would be between 60-70K a year depending on experience.

It may be more demanding some weeks than others depending on how many trades have been placed in the system.

Additional benefits may be negotiated after a trial period.

Personality type that is ideal is someone who is very detailed oriented and loves to organize. They will also be required to work well with the advisors to communicate what needs to be completed.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

Administrator Manager:

Clerical and administrative support may include, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Answer telephone and email enquiries.

Create and maintain filing systems.

Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies.

Looking over all Representative requests to ensure they are in good order. Then sending to Administrator to process.

Oversee trades making sure they are processed as requested by clients in a timely manner.





Review transaction and account requests for compliance issues and correspond with Compliance Staff as applicable.

Reconcile client orders in the back-office system with trade tickets to ensure accuracy of processing. Under supervision of the branch manager, contact fund companies to rectify discrepancies between the client’s request and the processed trade.

Use back-office system to maintain and update client database.

Keep adequate records of all head office/branch transactions as applicable. Use back-office system to keep detailed notes of transaction processing.

Process representative’s commissions payable and pass along the information to payroll department.

Processing month-end Account Reconciliation.

Printing and mailing quarterly client statements.

Completing other administrative projects as needed.
