In this energetic role, you will actively engage with customers to understand their project needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and demonstrate our wide range of high-quality paints and finishes. Once those skills have been mastered you will train to become the new store manager

Skills
- No paint experience necessary
- Background in customer service and retail are extremely important
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva and other Social media is a bonus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for quotes, measurements, and pricing adjustments.
- Organizational skills for managing product displays, inventory levels, and customer account details efficiently.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
