We are seeking a detail-oriented DTF (Direct - To - Film) Printer Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on operating DTF printing equipment, preparing transfers, and ensuring consistent print quality throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Operate DTF printers and manage daily production jobs
Load films, apply powder, and manage curing process
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of DTF machines
Organize printed transfers and prepare them for production or shipping
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist the production team as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience with DTF printing or similar printing equipment is required
Strong attention to detail and quality control
