WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
Join our team as a Shop Foreman and play a key role in leading our Service Department's daily operations. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on support to technicians while coordinating shop workflow, assisting with complex diagnostics and repairs,
and promoting quality control across all service activities. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work closely with technicians, customers, the Parts Department, and Service leadership to maximize productivity, deliver high-quality repairs, support technician development, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Red Seal Journeyperson certification or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or other leadership experience in a service workplace
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of technicians and apprentices
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and technology to support service operations
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract is required
- Awareness of company Health and Safety guidelines and actively support and promote safety initiatives
