Our client is looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to join their team at a manufacturing facility located outside of Lethbridge. This position requires a daily commute of approximately 30 minutes or more, so candidates must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle to be considered.
The successful candidate will safely move, organize, and stack product according to picking lists and work instructions while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

Compensation & Hours:
- Pay Rate: $21–$26/hour, based on experience
- Position Type: Full-time, temporary
- Must be willing and able to commute a minimum of 30 minutes to the worksite
Position Summary:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize product
- Pick and stack product according to work instructions and picking lists
- Complete required forklift training and follow established loading procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and basic computer records
- Organize product to maximize warehouse and storage space
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory
- Ability and willingness to commute a minimum of 30 minutes each way
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and a physically active environment
