Cleaner – Job Description

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to provide quality cleaning services for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Cleaners will be assigned to client locations based on availability, location, experience, and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform qualified residential and commercial cleaning services

- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and clean assigned areas

- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces

- Follow company cleaning procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines

- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail

- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and office staff

- Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or client requests to the appropriate team member

- Complete assigned cleaning services within the expected timeframe

- Confirm completion of assigned work as required

- Qualifications

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible

- Robust attention to detail

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
