Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our lively restaurant team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether taking orders at the table or mixing up drinks at the bar, your enthusiasm and hospitality will help make every guest’s visit special.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to standard recipes.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in setting up tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries,



accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant service or bartending is preferred; food industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
