Medical Clinic Assistant – Full-Time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly, professional, and compassionate service.
- Greet and assist patients, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support front-desk operations.
- Provide excellent patient care and ensure patients feel comfortable and well supported.
- Assist physicians and healthcare staff with daily clinical and administrative duties.
- Perform ECG/EKG, EST (Exercise Stress Testing), and Holter monitoring.
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and preparation for medical examinations.
- Demonstrate valuable knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and general medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records while respecting confidentiality and privacy.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Work efficiently in a busy clinic environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with ECG, EST, and Holter monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and commonly used medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an asset.
- Compassionate, organized, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
