Construction Labourer — Huber Homes

Huber Homes is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team. We build and renovate homes with care, pride, and attention to detail and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things properly. You’ll support our skilled tradespeople and site leads across residential new builds and renovations projects.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Load, unload, move, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist carpenters, site leads, and other trades with day-to-day construction tasks.
- Support work including framing, demolition, site cleanup, and general installation work.
- Use hand and power tools safely under direction.
- Set up site equipment as required.
- Complete material runs and help keep projects moving efficiently.
- Follow Huber Homes’ safety standards, quality expectations, and job-site procedures.
- Treat clients’ homes, coworkers, and job sites with respect and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

- Construction, renovation,



landscaping or other physical labour experience is an asset but not required.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from site leads.
- Pride in clean work, quality results, and showing up prepared.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry building materials and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is an asset.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.

Pay: $20.00-$24.50 per hour
