About Us Elevation Partners is a marketing agency for medical spas, beauty clinics, and wellness brands across Canada and the US (United States). We build growth systems combining paid ads (advertisements), organic social media, influencer marketing, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions.

The Role You will own the Social Media & Content department. You will manage 5+ client accounts, direct a team (coordinator, video editor), and run all organic content and influencer partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

- Department Leadership: Own the organic social department. Manage team members and delegate tasks clearly.
- Content Strategy: Run the full monthly content cycle. Ensure every client has an approved calendar before the month begins.
- On-Site Filming: Travel to client locations to film videos and photos. Plan shoots with clear shot lists.
- Influencer Marketing: Find, negotiate with, and coordinate influencer campaigns. Track ROI (Return on Investment) to optimize partnerships.
- Community Management: Reply to comments and DMs (Direct Messages) within 24 hours across all accounts.
- Team Alignment:



Coordinate promotions with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and paid ads (advertisements) teams. Maintain strict medical compliance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in social media and influencer management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Experience managing a small creative team and growing audiences organically.
- Strong skills in short-form video filming and editing.
- Able to analyze data and adjust strategy based on performance metrics.
- Highly organized and comfortable traveling for client shoots, including some weekends.
