About the Role :
This is a full-time position. Day Shifts are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm.
Your attention to detail, strong work ethic and positive attitude will assist you in succeeding with our company. On the job training is provided. In accordance with work orders, you will assemble and fit prefabricated parts to close tolerances. You are hands on, and pay close attention to the work at hand to ensure detailed preparation and processing of materials. The ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks is required.




You have a sense of pride in your skills and are efficient, precise and uphold safe work place practices. Your strong communication skills will assist you in problem-solving and maintaining positive relationships with your team. You maintain and clean equipment and your work area as required.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assembling a wide range of gas, wood and pellet fireplaces in an assembly line
- Maintain tools, tooling, equipment, and working area
- Comply with company procedures and provincial regulations regarding a secure and respectful work place
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in a production facility or working with automated machines
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistency in quality throughout the day is critical
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively with a team
