Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to lead our safety initiatives across our operations. In this vital role, you will oversee safety protocols, conduct training programs, and ensure that all team members adhere to industry standards. Your proactive approach will help foster a culture of safety excellence, supporting our commitment to protecting personnel, assets, and the environment.

Duties

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and observations of drivers, equipment, facilities, and operational practices to identify potential hazards.
- Lead safety training sessions and development programs for drivers and staff to promote awareness and compliance.
- Investigate incidents or near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.




- Collaborate with management to improve safety measures and ensure continuous improvement across all departments.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation to support regulatory audits and internal reviews.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through communication, engagement, and leadership.

Experience

- Proven experience in FUEL transportation environment with a focus on safety supervision.
- Strong background in developing and delivering training & development programs related to workplace safety.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams towards safe practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze safety data effectively.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
