Vinyl Window & Door Assembler

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a window and door manufacturing factory

We are a well-established window and door manufacturing company in Burnaby, BC, looking for an experienced Vinyl Window & Door Assembler to join our manufacturing team.

This position is for an experienced tradesperson who understands the complete assembly process and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and production.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working in a window and door manufacturing factory
- Expert-level experience assembling vinyl casement and awning windows
- Extensive experience installing and adjusting Roto crank hardware
- Strong understanding of window assembly, hardware installation, sash preparation, sealing, and final adjustment
- Ability to read and understand window and door production drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting




- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of manufacturing procedures and workplace safety

Asset

- Experience assembling European tilt & turn windows
- Experience with European-style hardware and multi-point locking systems
- Experience with vinyl patio doors and other vinyl window and door products

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced, reliable, and takes pride in their workmanship. The successful candidate should be able to step onto the production floor and contribute immediately, with minimal training.
