Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership, funders, and internal program stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting,



financial modelling, scenario planning, and long-term financial analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activity, cash flow management, reconciliations, complex journal entries, and funding-related reporting.
- Coordinate and support year-end audit activities, including preparation and review of audit schedules and related documentation.
- Develop and improve financial reports, KPIs, internal controls, and processes to support better business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to respond to financial inquiries, identify issues, and support ad hoc finance projects.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $68,400 to $77,700 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day from home.
