About Us
We're a growing independent life insurance practice under Greatway Financial Inc., helping Canadian families protect what matters most, from life insurance to visitor/super visa coverage for parents. We're building a team of driven, coachable advisors who want to run their own book of business with real support behind them, including direct mentorship from industry leaders with 15+ years of experience in the field.

About the Role
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as licensed life insurance advisors. This is a commission-based, entrepreneurial opportunity: you build your own client base and income, and we provide the training, mentorship, and systems to help you get there. No prior sales or insurance experience needed; we're looking for people who want to learn and are willing to become licensed.

- We'll guide you through getting your LLQP license

What You'll Do

- Prospect and build relationships with potential clients




- Educate clients on life, health, and living benefits insurance solutions
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Complete applications and guide clients through the underwriting process
- Grow and manage your own book of business

What You'll Need

- Willingness to complete the LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) course and obtain your license, required before selling any insurance products
- Solid communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with a commission-based income structure
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Legally able to work in Canada
