Area of Specialization
Development of production processes, work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling
Report To: Plant Manager
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, ability to distinguish
between colours
Responsibilities Included:
Follow instructions to set up molds and equipment, and then do that independently
Prepare production and other reports
Practice continuous safety
Use correct tools to perform job
Getting packaging elements ready on time
Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery
Responsible for maintaining all the equipment in the best condition possible, by troubleshooting,
repairing, cleaning, and replacing parts to keep machine(s) / tool(s) in good working order
Responsible for training new employees, as required.
Experience in various engineering resins
Works well in a team setting as well as independently
Able to work all three shifts
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
