We are currently looking for a Finance Manager!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Sales and Finance departments to drive overall success
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all finance and insurance products offered
- Communicating with financial institutions to secure and maximize loan approvals
- Collecting all required documentation and stipulations for funding from banks
- Ensuring the legal and financial integrity of the dealership is protected
- Performing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the department
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Solid understanding of both prime and sub-prime lending markets
- Strong knowledge of finance and lease contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Previous automotive finance experience is an asset; willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $100,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
