Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Avrio POS system.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance guest experiences through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.




- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Avrio POS system is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial.
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.38 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
