The Opportunity

We are seeking customer focused and detail oriented individuals to join our team as Client Service Specialists in our Welland, ON location. This position is focused on supporting clients with payment processing, and billing related inquiries . We are looking for individuals who are able to think outside the box, effectively manage projects, go with the flow, have high standards, excercise good judgement and are able to build trust with the customer. This role also gives you the opportunity to grow in the company and be considered for our Insurance Broker training after gaining experience and showing proficiency as a Client Services Specialist.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the brokerage on unlicensed customer service tasks

Cooperation with both Sales and Service Team to assist with day to day needs

Take payments and handle billing related inquiries

Reaching out to customers to follow up on documentation or payments

Notify clients regarding billing issues and options

Education clients on billing status

Sort and action incoming company mail

Preparing registered mail to be sent out to clients

Routing of all inbound customer emails

Entry level knowledge of personal lines insurance

Preferred Education and Experience

Completion of high school education or GED
