About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individuals and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to achieving — and exceeding — sales targets.
While applicants of all ages are welcome, this position is particularly well-suited to individuals in the 18–39 age range due to the fast-paced nature of the work, growth opportunities, and the dynamic environment of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Sales experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in selling point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment terminals is a strong asset.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (not mandatory, but highly encouraged)
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
Compensation & Perks
- Earning Potential: $65,000 – $125,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Pay).

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (8 hours per day)
