Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter with expertise in concrete touch-up and caulking to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise carpentry work, finishing concrete surfaces, and applying high-quality caulking to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of our projects. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment will be essential in delivering top-notch results to our projects. Duties

- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, and installation of structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete touch-up work, including patching, smoothing, and finishing to meet project specifications.
- Apply caulking accurately around joints, seams, and fixtures to ensure weatherproofing and long-lasting finishes.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or mixers safely and efficiently to support construction activities.
- Assist with rebar installation, masonry work, and concrete forming as needed for various projects.
- Conduct surface preparation ensuring surfaces are ready for finishing.
- Support renovation efforts by restoring damaged structures using masonry techniques or concrete repair methods.




- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper handling of tools and heavy lifting techniques.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, concrete finishing, or related fields with a strong understanding of building practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation, welding, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry tools, and concrete finishing equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming processes, restoration techniques, and flooring installation is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed schematics and technical instructions accurately.
- Prior experience with renovation projects or structural repairs is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
