Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, preferred Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Part time position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting product/services to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians
- Handle customer follow-ups and service updates




- Maintain daily office communication and job tracking
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians and dispatch team

Requirements

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $19.00 per hour
