Job Title: Business Information Management Analyst II (Data Scientist II)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist II to support Model Health & Governance activities within a financial services environment. The role focuses on model performance monitoring, data analysis, model governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production models and analyze performance, stability, data quality, and trends.
- Use Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark to analyze large datasets.
- Investigate model performance issues, data anomalies, and threshold breaches.
- Support model validation, governance, remediation, and regulatory activities.
- Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, documentation, and presentations.
- Work with Business, Risk, Compliance, Model Validation, Technology, and vendor teams.
- Help improve model monitoring, reporting, and automation processes.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics,



Model Risk, Model Governance, Fraud Analytics, or related areas.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Understanding of machine learning, classification, regression, ensemble methods, and anomaly detection.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Banking or financial services experience.
- Experience with Model Validation, Model Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Regulatory teams.
- Experience working with third-party model vendors.
