About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working directly with clients, understanding their staffing requirements, and managing bulk hiring for blue-collar and skilled labor positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a range of industries, managing multiple client requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, skilled labor, and high-volume staffing requirements.
- Work directly with clients to understand job descriptions, workforce needs, hiring timelines, and candidate qualifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, and experience.
- Coordinate interviews, selections, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain an active candidate database and develop talent pipelines for recurring and urgent hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely placements and successful joining.
- Track recruitment activity, candidate status, interview schedules, and hiring progress.
- Meet recruitment targets, placement goals, and turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support repeat business through reliable recruitment delivery.

Requirements

- 2–4+ years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Must have experience dealing directly with clients and managing their hiring requirements.
- Must have hands-on experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar and skilled labor positions.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technical roles, or industrial workers will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, construction, facilities management, cleaning, security, skilled trades, hospitality, or other labor-intensive industries will be preferred.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
